Leadership & Experience
Katherine Sullivan is the Founder of Integrated Tech Solutions and brings more than 25 years of experience advising enterprise organizations on complex technology initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and large-scale digital transformation strategies and initiatives.
Throughout her career, Katherine has worked with organizations across industries—including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, financial services, logistics, and energy—helping leadership teams evaluate technology investments, modernize infrastructure, and adopt emerging digital capabilities that support operational efficiency and long-term business growth.
Prior to founding Integrated Tech Solutions, Katherine spent more than 14 years with Verizon Business Group in enterprise technology & sales leadership roles. During that time, she partnered closely with CIOs and executive teams to deploy advanced connectivity solutions, modernize enterprise infrastructure, and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives across global organizations.
Katherine has extensive experience advising organizations on the adoption of emerging technologies, including advanced connectivity, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity platforms, artificial intelligence, and data-driven technologies that are reshaping how modern enterprises operate.
Through these experiences, Katherine developed a deep understanding of how technology strategy, infrastructure, and operational goals must align to deliver meaningful business outcomes. She also recognized the increasing need for objective, vendor-neutral guidance—an advisor who can help organizations evaluate technologies strategically while connecting them with the right ecosystem of partners.
